相信多數人認識 VWI，是從一杯手沖開始。

而在吧台這端，我們也想用義式開一段新的對話，因此推出了—— 1+1 組合｜Espresso + 小拿鐵。第一口濃縮清楚風味的輪廓，再用綿密奶泡把輪廓柔和起來；同一支豆子，兩種角度，剛好完成一場小小的對話。

VWI義式部分採用店內 季節配方。自 2025 年起，我們更新了配方命名系統：不只標註產地與處理法，也用更具象的風味名稱，讓你在點單前就能想像它的大致樣貌。

本次秋冬與大家見面的，是 Cake Spice——

想到杏仁粉、甜香料與焦糖的連結，大概會聯想到冬天烘烤過的鄉村蛋糕：

溫暖、整齊、帶一點點香料的小亮點。做成濃縮時輪廓俐落，轉成小杯卡布又有一層奶香把甜感托起；不厚重，很耐喝

For many people, their first impression of VWI begins with a pour-over.

From behind the bar, we also wanted to start a new kind of conversation through espresso —

so we introduced the 1+1 Set｜Espresso + Wee latte.

The first sip of espresso draws a clear outline of the flavor;

the cappuccino follows, softening the edges with silky milk foam.

One bean, two perspectives —

just enough to complete a small, balanced dialogue in the cup.

Our espresso program uses seasonal blends.

Starting in 2025, we’ve updated our blend naming system —

beyond origin and process, we now use more vivid flavor-inspired names,

so you can imagine the profile even before you order.

This autumn and winter, we present Cake Spice —

think almond flour, sweet spices, and caramel,

like a freshly baked country cake in winter:

warm, structured, with a gentle spark of spice.

As an espresso, it’s clean and well-defined;

as a small cappuccino, the milk lifts its sweetness with a soft finish.

Comforting, not heavy — and easy to return to.
