薇拉薩奇是哥斯大黎加的原生品種，由波旁種突變而來，適合高海拔地區種植，具有活潑的酸質、飽滿的口感和複雜的風味層次。本次挑選的Hacienda Copey莊園內種植了多樣品種，也擅長採用多種處理法，並多次在哥斯大黎加卓越盃競賽中獲獎，其中更包辦了兩次冠軍，是以生產高品質咖啡而聞名的莊園。

Villa Sarchi is the original varietal from Costa Rica, it was a mutation of Bourbon and is good for high altitude cultivating. This varietal is with vivid acidity, rich mouthfeel and layered flavours. The estate we picked this season - Hacienda Copey grows several varieties in their farm, and is skillful at different processing techniques. They have won many times the Cup of Excellence Costa Rica, including two time 1st place.
