緋紅藝妓的處理過程中,⾸先選⽤新鮮草莓與天然酵⺟先⾏發酵8天,製成風味濃郁的果汁。接著把去除果⽪的咖啡果加入果汁中,發酵48⼩時。在發酵的過程中精準控制環境溫度及時間,咖啡果與果汁之間的風味交換,使咖啡⾖吸收草莓的甜美氣息與柔和果酸建立出豐富的香氣層次與天然乳酸風味。最後進⾏為期 12 天的⽇曬乾燥處理,緩慢降低⽔分⾄理想的含⽔率。

Scarlet Gesha begins with an 8-day fermentation of fresh strawberries and natural yeast, producing a concentrated, aromatic juice. Depulped Geisha cherries are then immersed in this strawberry juice and undergo 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation, the beans absorb the fruit’s lactic acidity and sweet berry notes, developing complex aromatics. The coffee is then sun-dried over 12 days, allowing the flavors to stabilize and fully develop.
