來自肯亞中部高地杞安布（Kiambu）產區的精品咖啡，種植於海拔約1700–1800公尺的火山土壤環境。

涼爽的高海拔氣候使咖啡果實成熟緩慢，發展出更集中且甜感豐富的風味層次。

此次採用肯亞經典品種 SL28 與 SL34。

SL28 以明亮且多汁的酸質聞名，常帶有黑醋栗、柑橘與莓果風味；SL34 則帶來更飽滿的口感與深層果甜，使整體風味更圓潤平衡。

This specialty coffee comes from the Kiambu region in the central highlands of Kenya, grown at an altitude of approximately 1,700–1,800 meters in rich volcanic soil. The cool high-altitude climate allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, resulting in more concentrated flavors and enhanced sweetness.

This lot features Kenya’s classic varieties, SL28 and SL34. SL28 is known for its bright, juicy acidity, often expressing notes of blackcurrant, citrus, and berries. SL34, on the other hand, contributes a fuller body and deeper fruit sweetness, creating a more rounded and balanced cup profile.
