這支水洗的卡杜拉源於Linardo Rodriguez擁有的發現莊園(El Diviso)。嚴格的採收標準並使用人工挑選紅果、並排除任何瑕疵，在去除果皮之前浸漬在水洗發酵槽內30小時後，小心處理脫殼，接著在溫度控管的環境下乾燥直到水分將至理想的程度。這款微批次卡杜拉的發源地為巴西的米納斯及拉斯紅波旁種，除產量高之外，對於病蟲害的耐受度也高於紅波旁。

This batch of Caturra Washed comes from the estate El Diviso owned by Mr. Linardo Rodriquez. Strictly picked by hand, the peeled coffee cherries first are soaked in water tank for 30 hours, then gently pulped , and left in the temperature controlled environment to dry until the ideal moisture content. Caturra originated from Red Bourbon in the Minas Gerais, Brazil, its productivity is relatively high, and it is more resistant to plant disease and insect pests.
