𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗵 is a high-altitude coffee estate located in the remote mountains of Panama. Nestled within pristine rainforests at an average elevation of over 1,900 meters, the estate is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

The extreme altitude creates a unique microclimate with dramatic temperature fluctuations between day and night—nighttime temperatures can drop to 10 °C. In such an environment, coffee trees grow more slowly, allowing sugars to concentrate and develop deeper sweetness within the cherries. The cool climate also minimizes the presence of pests and diseases, enabling the trees to channel their energy into producing exceptional fruit rather than fighting off stress. As a result, the estate operates completely free of pesticides and herbicides.

Receiving around 2,200 mm of rainfall annually and nourished by volcanic soil from Volcán Barú, Deborah offers the perfect conditions for cultivating extraordinary Geisha coffee—a true paradise for this celebrated variety.

Geisha from Finca Deborah has earned numerous international accolades. At the 2024 World Barista Championship (WBC) in Chicago, all three top competitors showcased Deborah’s Geisha coffees with remarkable success—a milestone regarded as nothing short of a miracle in the history of coffee competitions.
